Iron Rebel® Compression Elbow Sleeves are available in ½-inch size increments to provide a precise fit. Proper sizing is essential for the correct amount of compression and support.

How to Measure

Using a soft measuring tape, measure:

1. Around your elbow joint

2. Around the largest part of your forearm

Keep your arm relaxed and straight while measuring. Do not bend or flex your arm.

Examples

Example 1

• Elbow: 12.5"

• Forearm: 13"

• Recommended Size: 13"

Example 2

• Elbow: 12.5"

• Forearm: 12.5"

• Recommended Size: 12.5"

For an extra-tight compression fit, you may choose the smaller of your two measurements.

Care Instructions

• Hand wash using warm water and a mild detergent.

• Rinse thoroughly.

• Air dry only.

• Do not machine wash or machine dry.
