What is the best way to contact customer service for help with my order?

The best and fastest way to reach us is through email at Info@ironrebel.com where you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If you are overseas and are having trouble checking out, email us at info@ironrebel.com. We can help process the order in most cases.

How long will it take to get my orders?

We use a fulfillment center that ships out of Tulsa, OK, and ship Domestically via USPS and Internationally via USPS/FedEx/DHL. Transit times will vary depending on where you live; holidays, extreme weather, and customs can also delay your orders.

  • First class: 2-5 business days
  • Priority: 2-3 business days
  • Express: 1-2 Business days.
  • International- 3-7 business days

Orders will not be processed and shipped same day, Express orders will go out the following day

When will you restock certain items?

We’re always pushing forward, which means our product line is constantly evolving. Not every item gets restocked. Our core lifting gear is regularly replenished and typically available year-round. Apparel, on the other hand, is often released in limited runs. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

If there’s something you missed or want to see return, let us know. Your feedback helps shape future restocks. And who knows, we might have one last piece tucked away in the warehouse.
