SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and are shipped from Irvine, CA via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex or DHL. The shipping time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on your region and what shipping rate you choose. However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays.

Express Priority Mail: Express Mail orders will ship out the next business day. Typical delivery is 1-2 business days according to the USPS. All Express packages are covered with Insurance, this may require signature for delivery.

Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders of $125 or more, after discounts and before tax, shipped to U.S. addresses only. If you receive free shipping and later return any item(s) from your order, the original shipping cost paid by Iron Rebel will be deducted from your refund. This applies whether the return brings your order total below the $125 free shipping threshold or the entire order is returned.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer) to pay for all duties and taxes at the time of delivery. All orders are shipped DAP.

For International shipping, we offer USPS Priority Mail International (typically 4-7 business days), and USPS First Class Mail International (typically 14-21 business days) and DHL.

• Orders shipped via First Class Mail are not insured by USPS and have limited tracking. Iron Rebel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims must be processed with the USPS.
• Orders shipped via Priority Mail are insured by USPS have tracking from our warehouse to your doorstep.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Iron Rebel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost or damaged while in transit, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information to initiate a claim. Any insurance coverage is subject to the terms and coverage limits of the applicable shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for filing carrier claims when required.

If an order is returned to Iron Rebel due to an incorrect or incomplete address, insufficient address information, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances outside of our control, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

We understand that not every purchase will work out. We gladly accept eligible merchandise for return or exchange within 40 days of the original shipping date. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

• Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned with stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, odors, blemishes, or other signs of use may be refused or subject to additional fees.

• Items returned without their original packaging, or with damaged original packaging, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Please return all items in their original packaging with the original product tags attached. Items returned without the original tags are eligible for store credit only and will not be refunded to the original form of payment.

• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

• Orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to deduction of the original shipping cost paid by Iron Rebel when merchandise from the order is returned.

• If an exchange cannot be completed because the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with our return policy.

• Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of your return for processing. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been processed.

• All items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
