How did you start competing?

I transitioned from playing baseball to bodybuilding in 2017. After my father's passing, the gym became my sanctuary and form of therapy. I progressed quickly and received encouragement to compete in bodybuilding. Coaching myself, I won my first two shows and have been passionate about the sport since I started in 2017.

How long have you been competing?

I've been competing for about 6 years

What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?

Receiving my IFBB pro card/status in December 2023 is my proudest moment to date. The preparation was extensive and challenging, but securing my status at the NPC Nationals made it all worthwhile.

What are your favorite foods to eat?

My diet favorites include steak, rice, potatoes, cream of rice, sushi, and cookies—I have a HUGE sweet tooth.

What do you like to do outside the gym?

Besides working out, I enjoy traveling to new places, hiking, and biking around the city.

Who are your inspirations?

-I admire several people, including Alex Hormozi, Chris Bumstead, and Jay Cutler. Their life stories and ascent in the fitness industry are incredibly inspiring. They exemplify that with a relentless attitude and daily dedication to your goals, anything is achievable.

What’s something about you that not many people know?

Not many know that for the majority of my life, I grew up without a father. Often, children in single-parent families can exhibit behavioral issues or lack drive and discipline. However, I refused to let that define me and it did not deter me from becoming the person I am today.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

I would choose the power of instant teleportation. Eliminating the need to fly or drive would be incredibly time-efficient and cost-effective. It would allow me to travel more, visit friends and family, and explore places I've never been.
