Occupation:

- Before dedicating myself to bodybuilding full-time, I worked as an industrial insulator in the oil and gas industry.
This was a trade I started part-time in high school, advancing into an apprenticeship shortly after graduation.
- In 2015, I expanded my knowledge in sports nutrition and training. Initially hired as a fat loss coach, I eventually branched out and now run my own healthy lifestyle coaching business.
- 212 IFBB Pro

How did you start competing?

- I've been active in sports all my life, with baseball as my first true passion. I also played football in high school. Being shorter, I needed to bulk up to avoid being overpowered on the field, so I began working out in junior high to become bigger, faster, and stronger. The transformation in my physique and the resulting confidence boost quickly became an obsession. I started following bodybuilding more closely, inspired by Flex Lewis. In 2014, I entered my first bodybuilding contest as a Junior.
My coach also encouraged me to compete in the men's division, and we won Junior Mr. Alberta, Men's Middleweight, and the Overall. That experience got me hooked.

How long have you been competing?

- 2014-present

What is your proudest moment/achievement in your sport?

- Earning my IFBB Pro status in 2019, followed by placing top 5 in Texas, Tampa, and Vancouver all in my rookie season.

What are your favorite foods to eat?

- I’m a simple man; burgers and fries or sushi are my go-to cheat meals.

What do you like to do outside the gym?

- My wife and I love going on movie dates, a tradition since we started dating. We also spend time on my father-in-law's farm. During winter, we enjoy snowboarding, though I've become more cautious these days.

Who are your inspirations?

- Flex Lewis, the original 212 King.
- Neil Hill, my coach, and mentor.
- My mother, the woman who taught me the value of hard work.

What’s something about you that not many people know?

- I’m a gamer at heart and have been since I was a kid. Once my work and tasks are done, I love to unwind and de-stress with a gaming session on my PC or one of my consoles.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation, for sure!
